SAP IoT: The Internet of Things
Connect scales, weighbridges and measuring devices to SAP over Wi-Fi using the ISIS IoT solution, without additional applications or servers.
SAP IoT
The move toward Industry 4.0 has made the Internet of Things increasingly important. As 5G connectivity develops worldwide, it will also accelerate the development of IoT technology. At ISIS SAP Consultancy, we offer companies an IoT solution they can manage directly through SAP, without additional applications or servers.
RS-232 Server
The solution integrates measuring devices such as scales, weighbridges, humidity and temperature sensors, voltmeters and ammeters with SAP over Wi-Fi using REST technology. No intermediary application or server is required. Its extensible design also supports remote control of non-critical systems. Indicator lights on the device allow staff to check its operating status visually. Device status can also be monitored within SAP.
