Overview

ISIS Bank Integrations connect banks with SAP through bank statement, POS and direct debit system (DBS) solutions.

How bank statement integration works

ISIS Bank Statement Integration connects SAP with data received directly from banks or from intermediary applications that organise bank data. Once bank statements have been imported automatically, the relevant accounting, cheque and insurance documents are created in SAP.

ISIS SAP Netekstre Bank Integration retrieves bank account transactions online and works with SAP to display them in a single dashboard. Transactions are converted into a common data structure and transferred to ERP systems such as SAP through a web service.

Bank statement integration functions

  • Transfer data to SAP.
  • Report transactions.
  • Post accounting entries.
  • Clear open items.
  • Develop additional functions to meet specific requirements.

Account management and reports

All bank accounts and transactions can be monitored through one platform. The dashboard displays both the balance carried forward from the previous day and the current balance, removing the need to sign in to each bank account separately.

  • View incoming and outgoing payments as lists and charts in real time.
  • Review bank and account positions through daily, weekly and monthly lists and charts.
  • Create current accounts and accounting documents together.
  • Integrate with SAP accounting through a flexible rule structure.
  • Monitor bank transfers and EFT transactions instantly and notify selected recipients by email.
  • Access the system from business locations or anywhere with an online connection.

Integration with SAP accounting helps reduce data entry errors and makes more efficient use of staff time.

POS integration

ISIS POS Integration posts collections made through POS terminals to the relevant interim accounts. ISIS Bank Statement Integration then transfers collections reflected in bank accounts from the interim accounts to the relevant accounts. Email reminders can be sent for payment by credit card.

Direct debit system (DBS)

ISIS DBS Integration verifies dealer creditworthiness with the bank. It stops processing at the invoice, order or delivery stage if the dealer has insufficient credit.
