Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice has been prepared by ISIS Danışmanlık Eğitim Ltd. Şti. (“ISIS Consultancy”) as data controller under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed and collection channels

The following personal data may be processed through our website:

  • Contact data: the name, email address, phone number and message content you share when you reach us by email, phone or the contact form on the site.
  • Career application data: the résumé (CV) you submit for a job application and the identity, contact, education and professional experience information it contains.
  • Server access logs: IP address, access date/time and requested page, kept by the server hosting the site as standard (including traffic records under Law No. 5651).

Your personal data is processed, limited to the legal grounds in Article 5/2 of KVKK, for the purposes of:

  • responding to your contact requests and conducting discussions on the services you request (directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract; legitimate interest),
  • evaluating job applications (legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject),
  • fulfilling legal obligations and retaining access logs as required by legislation (expressly provided for by law; legal obligation).

4. Transfer of personal data

  • The site is published on the servers of our hosting provider; server access logs and short-lived rate-limit records for form submissions (hashed IP) are created on that server.
  • The map on the contact page is displayed through Google Maps. When the map is loaded, your IP address and browser information may be transmitted to Google LLC (abroad). Google’s Privacy Policy applies to Google’s data processing practices.
  • Data you submit through the contact and careers forms is delivered to us as email from our server via the email delivery provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA); the form content is therefore transferred abroad. Resend’s own privacy policy applies to its data processing practices.
  • Other than the above, your personal data is not shared with third parties, except for legal obligations (requests from authorised public institutions).

5. Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking technologies. No cookie is placed in your browser by the site during your visit.

6. Retention period

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and the minimum retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights under Article 11 of KVKK

By applying to the data controller under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

  • learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
  • learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
  • know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
  • request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
  • request deletion or destruction within the conditions of Article 7 of KVKK,
  • request that correction/deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
  • object to a result arising against you from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
  • request compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

You may submit requests regarding your rights in writing to our postal address above or by email to info@isisdanismanlik.com, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your application is concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature.
